We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, here’s what you need to know about returns and refunds:
🔄 Return Policy
- If you ordered multiple items (including a Manlikha soft sculpture, excluding print-on-demand merchandise), everything will be shipped together in one package.
- Returns may be accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided:
- The item is unused
- It is in its original packaging
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was defective or incorrect.
💌 While I put my heart and soul into my work, I am not responsible for lost mail. Please contact me if you have any questions or concerns.
💸 Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed via the original method of payment within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
